Comb Picks (4 Pack)
Comb Picks take advantage of an exploit found in some padlocks where the pin channels are cut too deep. This allows the Comb Pick to lift up the entire pin stack above the shear line and turn the lock open. (If you need a refresher on these terms, check out our Guide to Lock Picking.)
Why do we like it?
When they're compatible with the lock you're using, there's nothing faster than using the Comb Pick. They can even be faster than the key. The only weakness is that the lock must have the too-deep pin channels in order for them to work. For this reason, we recommend keeping them in your tool kit and trying them out on a padlock before picking.
